Social Learning & Choice Lab

The Social Learning & Choice Lab investigates how we learn and make decisions in social interactions across behavior, the mind, and the brain.

Learning about other people lets us decide who to spend time with, who to turn to for help, and who to help in return. How do we do this? Our mascot, a testament to the innovative nature of our research and the artistic ability of our members, is the beacon for our research.

Our lab investigates these questions using methods from social psychology, behavioral economics, and computational neuroscience. We further aim to inform challenges related to psychological well-being, intergroup relations, and economic inequality.
